CUSTOMER SERVICE
PAYMENTS

 

Payment - Online
We accept payments via Stripe and Direct Deposit. 

 

Direct Deposit
If you can only make a direct deposit, please email ginart381@gmail.com to receive banking information.

 

Currency
All prices quoted on this site are in Australian Dollars from within Australia.  Once you have a billing address in the online store it will convert to your country of origin currency. 

 

GST
All prices quoted on this site are exclusive of goods and services tax (GST).

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Psychic Mediumship, Spirit Art and single Energy healing Session
 
A refund for an individual intuitive reading, Spirit art or Energy healing session with Ginette Wang is available only if the cancellation is made with more than 24 hours' notice via email. A handling fee of AUD 40 will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Online courses and workshops
A refund for an online course will be granted only if the course has not yet started. Once the course has begun, refunds will not be issued.  For all workshops, cancellations and refunds are not allowed within 7 days of the scheduled start date.  A handling fee of AUD 40 will be deducted from all refunded amounts.

Energy Healing package

All energy healing packages are non-refundable. If a client fails to attend a scheduled session (no-show) or reschedules within 48 hours of the appointment, that session will be considered forfeited and will not be rescheduled.

All purchased packages must be used within two (2) months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions beyond this period will expire and cannot be refunded or carried forward.

Coaching
Ginette Wang as the Mentor/Teacher is committed to providing all clients in the coaching programme with a positive programme experience.  By signing coaching Participant Agreement, you as the client agree that the mentor may, at its sole discretion, terminate this Agreement and limit, suspend or terminate client participation in the Programme without a refund or forgiveness of payments if the client becomes disruptive or in violation of the terms.

 

If the Client decides to withdraw from the programme, no refunds will be issued and any outstanding balance owing on the programme fee is due within 7 days of exit.

FORCE MAJEURE
In the event that any cause beyond the reasonable control of either Party, including without limitation acts of God, war curtailment or interruption of transformation facilities, threats or acts of terrorism, State Department travel advisory, labour strike or civil disturbance, make it inadvisable, illegal, or impossible, either because of unreasonable increased costs or risk of injury, for either Party to perform its obligations under this Agreement, the affected Party's performance shall be extended without liability for the period of delay or inability to perform due to such occurrence.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If a dispute is not resolved first by good-faith negotiation between the Parties to this Agreement, every controversy or dispute to this Agreement will be submitted to the Australian Centre for International Commercial Arbitration (ACICA). The arbitration shall occur within ninety (90) days from the date of the initial arbitration demand and shall take place in New South Wales, Australia.  The Parties shall cooperate in exchanging and expediting discovery as part of the arbitration process and shall cooperate with each other to ensure that the arbitration process is completed within the ninety (90) day period. The written decision of the arbitrators (which will provide for the payment of costs, including solicitor’s fees) will be absolutely binding and conclusive and not subject to judicial review and may be entered and enforced I any court or proper jurisdiction, either as a judgement of law or decree in equity, as circumstances may indicate.
 
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of New South Wales, Australia, regardless of the conflict of laws principles thereof.

Ginette Wang is committed to the new Australian privacy legislation in the way it collects, uses, secures and discloses personal information. The Commonwealth Privacy Act 1998 requires companies to comply with the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) This documents describes Ginette Wang Privacy Policy. We lawfully collect personal information that is necessary for our business to function. The information we collect and hold depends on the products and services you request from us.
