At the time, I was deeply immersed in the city’s dynamic energy, conducting painting, cooking, baking, wellness, language, and visual art workshops for people from all over the world. My love for teaching, creativity, and exploration shaped the lens through which I observed Hong Kong—a city of contrasts, where East meets West in the most fascinating ways.
Since then, my journey has evolved in ways I never expected. While my path has led me deeper into the realms of art, spirituality, and healing, this book remains a meaningful snapshot of a chapter in my life—a reflection of the curiosity and creativity that still fuel my work today.

在香港的 12 年裡，我不僅體驗了這座城市的繁華與挑戰，也見證了它的變遷，這本書便是我對那段時光的回憶錄。之後，我繼續旅居並在不同國家生活和工作，每一個地方都豐富了我的視野，也讓我對文化、藝術與靈性生活有了更深的理解。
