Unlock Your Inner Flow is a nurturing sacral chakra workshop designed to awaken creativity, rebuild confidence, and bring more joy into your life. In this 6 hours immersion workshop, you will gain a clear understanding of the sacral center and how it influences your emotions, physical body, creativity, relationships, pleasure, and self-expression. Through specific coaching techniques, guided meditation, reflection, shadow work, designed movement, and creative practices, you will explore emotional blocks and limiting beliefs related to this energy centre that may be keeping you stuck or impacting you physically. You will learn practical tools to reconnect with yourself and feel more confident, balanced, inspired, and more joy in everyday life again. There will also be a group integration session hold 1 month after the event to support your journey. (Optional to attend)
